– Customer has 3rd Party router that won’t connect. Modem is showing online. Offered our Spectrum router. Customer will contact router manufacturer for further support.
Fixed itself
– issue resolved itself. Case closed.
Power Cycle
SLOW
– cx getting slow connection. cx is getting fast internet after power cycle.
INTERMITTENT
– cx internet keeps going in an out. power cycled devices. cx back online. will call back if issue continues.
NO INTERNET
– cx called because the internet is not working. internet is now working after power cycle.
STVA TV APP
– cx called because the stva is not working. stva is now working after power cycle.
